With more than ten years of experience in the field of spunlace non-woven production, the Company has established a technical team led by senior engineers with professor's degrees, which has been designated as a "Key Corporate Innovation Team" in Jiaxing City and Xiuzhou District. Key personnel who form the Company's technical backbone have more than 20 years of experience in non-woven product manufacturing and technology development. They have obtained a number of patents and won many honors, including being selected into the Hangzhou 131 Cross-century Talent Training Program, Specially Appointed Experts of Jiaxing Municipal Government, Leading Talents, Jiaxing Independent Innovation Contribution Award and a number of other science and technology awards. The Company's technical team is currently leading the work for a number of national, provincial and municipal science and technology plans and projects. In addition, Company employees have also won the provincial "May 1st Labor Medal" and the title of National Model Worker in the Textile Industry.

The company currently owns two spunlace production lines, which are mainly imported from Europe. The width of each equipment reaches 3.5 meters, with complete comprehensive configurations. The annual production capacity is up to 12,000 tons, and it can achieve the specialized production of spunlace non-woven fabrics with processes such as one-card-one-laying, two-cards-one-laying, three-cards-one-laying, parallel lapping with random roller, online compounding and two-way fiber feeding, within the range of 22 - 110 grams per square meter. Meanwhile, the company can provide various netting patterns such as plain, pearl-embossed, EF-embossed, 22 mesh, 40 mesh, 100 mesh, vertical stripes and S pattern, as well as personalized customization solutions to meet the differentiated needs of customers. The equipment can also adapt to the production of 0.45dtex ultra-fine fibers and various functional fibers.

The Company has been designated as a "National High-Tech Enterprise", a "Growth Star Enterprise" by Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission and a "Provincial High-tech Corporate Research and Development Center" by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department. In recent years, the Company has successfully developed "a new generation of flexible non-woven functional materials", which filled a domestic gap in this field and was listed as a major science and technology project by the Provincial Science and Technology Department; we also developed "spunlace aramid electrical insulation material", which is a new spunlace electrical insulating nonwoven material (above grade H ) that uses high-performance fiber-aramid and features performance comparable to that of imported products. The project for the new material was supported by the SME Technology Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "Elite Leading Plan" of Xiuzhou District and Jiaxing City and it has contributed to improving the overall level of China's domestically produced aramid insulation materials and the technological progress in China's nonwoven industry. The Company has more than 30 national patents and is responsible for 4 provincial-level science and technology projects, 10 provincial-level new product development projects and 5 municipal-level science and technology projects, with all relevant research and development results having passed acceptance and put into industrial production, contributing to significant economic and social benefits.
